These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MYHAWK, the practice-management application for accounting firms available at myhawkapp.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the firm you represent.
MYHAWK helps accounting firms track client deadlines, cases, leads and invoices, and send emails and invoice documents to clients from a mailbox the firm connects. Access to a firm's workspace is controlled by a signup code and the accounts the firm's administrator creates.
If you connect an email account to send client communications, you confirm that you are the authorized owner or user of that mailbox and have the right to send mail from it through a third-party application. MYHAWK only uses this connection to send messages you compose or trigger within the Service — it does not read your inbox or other mail.
MYHAWK may use a third-party AI model to help draft emails, replies, or other text. AI-generated drafts may contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on or send them. You are responsible for the content you ultimately send to your clients.
You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited bulk communications, to misrepresent your identity, to attempt to breach or disrupt the Service's security, or to use it in a way that infringes others' rights.
Any applicable fees for using MYHAWK will be communicated to your firm separately before they apply. Where the Service is offered free of charge during a pilot or trial, we may introduce fees for continued use with reasonable advance notice.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add to, or remove features of the Service from time to time.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Service is no longer reasonably possible.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including errors in AI-generated content or interruptions in email delivery. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify firm administrators by email or inside the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
